Mrs. Gover lives in Kingston with her husband and newborn daughter. This is her first year at Chester Street Elementary after 14 years at Third Avenue Elementary. Mrs. Gover has also been the WVW High School Assistant Girls Soccer Coach. Before working for Wyoming Valley West, she taught First Grade at Battlefield Elementary School in Fredericksburg, Virginia and coached girls' soccer at Courtland High School. Mrs. Gover has her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the University of Scranton. She has a Masters Degrees in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Scranton. She also earned a second Master's Degree in Reading Education from King's College. Mrs. Gover has also taken classes on Bully Prevention, Self-Esteem, Inclusion, Differentiated Instruction, Co-Teaching, Autism, and STEM Education. When she's not working, Mrs. Gover loves to play soccer, run, read, watch movies and sports, travel, drink coffee, and spend time with her family. She coaches for the Northeast Attack Soccer Club as well. This Summer Mrs. Gover plans to read 5 books.
